Gaby is a licensed mental health counselor associate. Her approach is person-centered, warm and direct. She views healing as a holistic process that incorporates the synergy of mind, body and spirit. This holistic view on healing is based in attachment, somatic and polyvagal modalities. She views therapy as a creative and interactive process.

Working with women, especially mothers, has been a constant interest in her clinical work. She is honored to have facilitated support groups for new moms, worked with survivors of domestic violence, and most recently worked with women and mothers from all walks of life in community mental health at Valley Cities in Seattle. Recently becoming a new mom herself this past year, Gaby realizes on a deeper level the acute need for support during this time of raw transition and transformation. The old cliche of it takes a village is true and she would be honored to come alongside new and expecting moms to be part of their village of support.

Gaby calls Seattle her home and enjoys spending time with her baby girl, two Persian cats Biscuit & Butters and her husband. When not working and spending time with her family, Gaby loves to watch reality tv, anything that is a historical drama, drink too many cups of coffee, and go on walks around the Ballard neighborhood with friends.
